1. Typically, if the Tapo camera is not connected to our cloud server, it's unable to store the detection video clips on our cloud server even if you have subscribed to the Tapo Care service.

2. If you have a problem controlling the camera remotely, it's suggested to troubleshoot refer to the instructions below.

If you have other problems, please describe them in detail for further assistance.

3. How about the LED status on your camera? Please send me(@Solla-topee) your camera's MAC address via a private message.

We need more information regarding your issue to better help you.  Please help confirm the following info.
  1. What's the LED status on the Tapo C100? (btw, the Tapo C100 is not an outdoor camera, it's an indoor camera.)
  2. When your phone connects to the same Wi-Fi network as the camera, can you control the camera in the Tapo app? 
  3. What's the model number of your router? Do you have internet when connecting to the router's 2.4G Wi-Fi?
  4. You can try to press the reset button on the camera for 10 seconds to factory reset it, then reconfigure it and check if it helps.
