There is no notification dedicated to "Detection" and another notification dedicated to "Alarm". Is that correct ?

No, I mean the camera's Notification feature and Alarm feature are independent features, they do not interfere with each other.

Typically, when the camera detects an event, it will send a notification if the Notification feature is enabled, no matter whether the Alarm feature is enabled or not. 

For example: 
If you do not want to receive notifications and alarms when the camera detects events, you can turn off the Notification feature and the Alarm feature. 
If you want to receive notifications but not an alarm when the camera detects events, you can enable the Notification feature but disable the Alarm feature.
If you do not want to receive notifications but receive an alarm when the camera detects events, you can disable the Notification feature but enable the Alarm feature.

1. If you want to receive notifications only when the alarm is enabled, you can turn on the Notification feature and Alarm feature at the same time, and then turn off these two features at the same time.

2. On the Notification feature, if you turn on the Activity Notifications, then you can set a Schedule to receive notifications during a specific time period every day.
