You can refer to the instructions below to troubleshoot if the camera keeps going offline.
What should I do if my Tapo smart device keeps losing connection or going Offline?
Please confirm the following information if the problem remains.
1. The troubleshooting you did and the test results.
2. When the camera is working, please go to its Device Settings > Device Info page, tap the Wi-Fi icon, and check the RSSI value.
3. The model number Wi-Fi router and your network topology, e.g. ISP -- router<Wireless> Tapo device
4. You can try to enable a hotspot Wi-Fi on your phone, factory reset the camera, configure it with another phone, connect it to the hotspot Wi-Fi, and then check if the camera will work fine.
