Hi,
If your Tapo camera meets the requirements of the free trial, you will see a banner on the live view page offering a 30-day free trial. You can tap on it to check the detailed service description, then tap on the "Start 30-day Free Trial" to enable the 30-day free trial for this camera. 
Alternatively, you can go to the camera's Device Settings page to enable the free trial, and you can see the remaining trial days in the Live View > Tapo Care page or camera Device Settings > Tapo Care Free Trial.

If you can't find the free trail of your camera, please check the below steps:
    1. Confirm whether you have paid for Tapo Care service. If yes, the trial period will remain after the paid plan expires, and you will see it on the Tapo app.
    2. Confirm whether you enabled the free trial before and canceled it. After cancellation, the trial will stop immediately and cannot be turned back on.
