Recently got firmware update for Tapo C2 200 

After update my one SD card got corrupted 

So bought new SD card 

After that also not able to view past recording despite camera saving the same on sd card

Previously no such isaue faced in Device 

Issue only after firmware update.

Hi, 
1. Is your model number Tapo C220 or Tapo C200? Please send me(@Solla-topee) the camera's MAC address via a private message.
 

2. How do you check that you can't view past video recordings stored on the SD card? Typically, after you go to the camera's Live View > Playback & Download > Playback > SD card page, you need to select the date to see the video recordings stored on that date.

 

3. Could you please send us a video showing the reported issue? You can upload the video to your cloud server(such as Google Drive), generate a link to download it, and send me the link via a private message.

Hi, 
1. Typically, only one device can watch the video recordings stored on the SD card at a time. If you see the message "It looks like you've reached your device limit for playing this video. Please try later.", it may be another device is playing the video recordings you want to watch. You can try to watch the video recordings later, or change the password of your TP-Link account, then log in to the Tapo app with the new password, ensure only you can watch the video recordings.

2. For the No Recordings issue, please ensure the Tapo app and your camera's firmware are up to date. Then you can try to format the SD card and check if the problem remains. Before formatting the SD card, please back up the important video recordings to your PC if needed.
