H200 hub fail to generate matter code

Hi there,
Recently bought the doorbell that came with the hub. I have an Amazon that I want to join my hub and doorbell to via matter.
It is already linked to Amazon. When I try to use the Bind to Matter (Beta) button in the Tapo app, it simply has an error "Failed to load setup code".
The app says I am on the latest firmware for the hub.
I have rebooted the device, I have also tried going to Device Info > Matter Setup Code, and it also fails instantly here.
What am I missing?

I'm having the same issue. Tried via both ethernet and WiFi. Also performed a factory reset to no avail.
