when the camera is set to Autotrack mode the camera is not working properly. Camera is rotating Continuesly in one direction. When set monitor area camera is moving somewhere. My camera is ethernet connected not using wifi.

Check if the patrol mode feature functions correctly -- create mark points that are neither horizontally nor vertically aligned, observe whether the camera can move between these points successfully.
