D100 Hub not chiming with T100 Motion Sensor

both D100 & T100 are working with the latest update. However when T100 is activated, D100 does not chime. All app setting are set to always, however when i try to set up Door/window intrusion alarm, i get a message saying 'cannot create automation. no available devices or current devices do not support automation' and any changes, like 'effective time' setting do not save.
i get notification from the T100 but no chime from the D100. Please can you help?

Just realized you were trying to use the automation template 'Door/window intrusion alarm', this automation requires a Tapo contact sensor, the Tapo T110. Your device T100 is a motion sensor, it cannot be opened or closed -- door/window intrusion.
Some automation templates are provided based on the scenarios of a certain type of product. but in fact, automation scenarios with the same name can also be achieved using other types of devices. In this case, you can just create an automation directly without using the template. How to create Smart Action (Automation or Shortcut) on Tapo app

Do you have a doorbell Tapo D100, or a hub Tapo H100? The doorbell cannot function like a hub for chiming feature in the automation.
