D230S1 doorbell camera is not working with Wi-Fi
I recently purchased D230S1 doorbell camera and set it up using an Ethernet (wired) connection, which works perfectly fine for internet access.
However, when I switch the Hub (Hub200) to Wi-Fi, the camera (Doorbell) goes offline. I'm unable to view the live video, and it becomes unresponsive, displaying 'Device is offline.'
There are no issues with the Wi-Fi itself, as the Hub continues to function properly on Wi-Fi. The only problem seems to be with the camera (Doorbell), which fails to connect when using Wi-Fi. Once I switch the Hub back to a wired connection, the camera starts working again.
So far, I have tried the following:
-
Resetting both the Hub and the Camera
-
Updating the firmware (Hub200: V1.5.1 Build 20250228, Doorbell: V1.1.19 Build 20241011)
-
Using the "Test Wi-Fi Signal" option: The Hub-Wi-Fi signals show WiFi sign, but the camera still shows 'Device offline.'
Has anyone else experienced a similar issue, or does anyone/TP-link support have a possible solution?
