Shared camera not showing recordings

I've got a couple of camera's, different models. I pay for tapo care for the cloud storage of recordings. I've shared the cameras to another family member, and whilst they can see the live stream, they can't see any recordings. Initially it said no SD card, but it is now selected as cloud and nothing is showing.
Is this a limitation? Seems like a standard piece of functionality that should be available.
Thanks.

Hi All,
The shared account has limited access to the Tapo cameras, and it can't watch the camera's cloud video clips.
It's suggested to vote and leave your usage scenario on this thread "When sharing webcams with my family members they cannot see the cloud videos". We will log the feature request and forward it to the relevant team for evaluation.

@Austinhead I am also facing the same issue. Did you get any resolution?

@Austinhead I'm having exactly the same issue, I shared my cameras and people can't see the recordings on the SD card (nor the Cloud recording). I have 3 cameras and they stop recording on the SD cards at different times as well and the settings indicate correct timing for recording.

@Solla-topee actually the problem is that since I suscribed to the Cloud, my cameras suddenly stop recording on the SD card which I share with my family. I don't know why they stop, I have 3 cameras and they all do the same thing on different times during the day, and I have to restart each one so they start recording again on the SD card. It's very annoying.
the cloud event recording works well but for me it's key to have the 24 hr recording on the SD. If I'm not able to fix it I will cancel the cloud subscription. I already checked that the SD card is compatible, it's not the power because they all fail at different times. I really don't know what else I should do.

Hi,
1. Is your camera connected to a third-party app via RTSP/Onvif connection? Please note that the Tapo Care Subscription, storing videos to the SD card, and the RTSP/Onvif connection can't work simultaneously in most of the Tapo cameras. Only two of them can work simultaneously.
2. When the camera does not store video recordings on the SD card, please go to the camera's Device Settings > Storage & Recording page, and send me a picture of this page and a picture of the Recording Schedule page.
Best Regards
