Hi.

 

Can anybody tell me why I have been getting billed Direct debit for my single indoor camera 2 x per month for different amounts ? I can't find any linked to email anybody over this. I had not noticed this double charge until today

Hi,
Typically, a Tapo camera can enjoy only a Tapo Care plan. If you are charged twice, please go to the Tapo app > Me > Tapo Care to check whether you have subscribed to multiple Tapo Care plans under your account, or whether you have subscribed to Tapo Care plan with other TP-Link accounts. 

 

You can refer to Q8 in the following instructions to turn off auto-renewal for Tapo Care.
