Hi, Quick Response recordings have vanished from app. And if I try to record my own I get Failed error when saving. So Quick Response is no longer possible. Has anyone encountered this, any solutions? Thanks
Is your Tapo app updated? What's the app version?
Do you use an Android phone or an iPhone? Please check if the problem exists when using another mobile device.
