The problem may be related to the camera settings and the actual events. Please confirm the following information for further analysis.
  1. What's the model number, hardware, and firmware version of your camera?

  2. Please send us a picture of the camera's Device Settings > Detection page, and check the sensitivity value of the enabled detection types.

  3. Could you please send me(@Solla-topee) a video showing the camera detects events out of the detection zone? 
You can upload the video to your cloud server(such as Google Drive), generate a link to download it, and send me the link via a private message.
