Installed the 2 cameras a week ago and set up cloud storage and downloads. All working well. Then yesterday no notifications at all but some recordings and today no notifications and no recordings. I have changed my settings, notifications are on and have deleted previous recordings from the cloud to allow space but hasn't worked. The live view is working and I saw movement when watching but no notifications or recordings happened.

Please give advise on what I can do. Thank you

Hi,
It seems the camera's detection feature is not working, and you can refer to the following instructions to troubleshoot. (Note: only the detection video clips will be uploaded and stored on our cloud server.)
What to do if the Detection feature is not working on the TP-Link Camera?
 

If the problem remains, please confirm the following information.
  1. Send me a picture of the camera's Device Settings > Detection page, and please check the sensitivity value of the enabled detection types.
  2. Please enable the Alarm feature on the camera and check if it will alarm when it detects events.
  3. Please send me(@Solla-topee) "Forum ID 785874 + C500's MAC address" via a private message.
