The 'Tablet' version of the Tapo software is missing the Pause/Play button in Playback.
As shown, the 'Phone' version of the Tapo software has the Pause/Play option during Playback but the "Tablet' version is missing this button.
A Rewind button would also be very useful here.

The pause/play button is in the middle of the screen, after tapping the screen, the same way showing tools on the upper right corner.
As for the rewind feature, here is an existing feature request post, you may go to vote for it and join the discussion. Fast Forward and Rewind Hot topics with detailed use scenarios will be prioritized for evaluation.

Thanks --- Totally missed that one!
Still -- It's really awkward to use.
By the time you click to bring up the control and then click the control, the place you wanted to stop at is way gone.
You also can't rewind - so you have go back to the start of the clip and try again.
In my opinion, the whole process of reviewing clips in Tapo is poor in comparison to the rest an the app.
It's almost impossible to download a large number of clips, keep them in order (because of the apparently random file names) and then review the clips in other software.
So - it becomes necessary to try and find particular events using the Playback options in Tapo.
What we really need are the usual type of video playback controls - maybe - something like:
(perhaps not as many buttons).
This should be able to be turned on and stay visible during the clip review process.
Just a thought.
