Subject: Issue with Two-Way Audio on TP-Link Camera Over 5G Connection

Dear TP-Link Support Team,

I am experiencing an issue with my TP-Link camera when using a 5G mobile connection. I can successfully connect to the camera, view the live feed, and hear the audio. However, whenever I try to use the two-way audio feature to speak through the camera, I receive an error message saying: "Unable to connect. Please try again later."

This issue occurs only when using a 5G connection. When connected to Wi-Fi, the two-way audio works perfectly fine.

Could you please provide assistance on how to resolve this issue?

Hi,
The problem has been solved by our team, please test if the Call or Talk feature is working on the Tapo app now. 
If not, reboot the camera, force close the Tapo app, and re-open it for a try.
