Subject: Issue with Two-Way Audio on TP-Link Camera Over 5G Connection
Dear TP-Link Support Team,
I am experiencing an issue with my TP-Link camera when using a 5G mobile connection. I can successfully connect to the camera, view the live feed, and hear the audio. However, whenever I try to use the two-way audio feature to speak through the camera, I receive an error message saying: "Unable to connect. Please try again later."
This issue occurs only when using a 5G connection. When connected to Wi-Fi, the two-way audio works perfectly fine.
Could you please provide assistance on how to resolve this issue?
