Hi all,

I have a Tapo C120 camera with the latest firmware that allows backup to my Tapo H200 hub. I set the camera to record locally on the SD card and selected the H200 hub as the backup device.

However, I can't find any backup recordings on the H200 hub (with SD card) through the Tapo app. Has anyone else faced this issue or know where to find these mystery backup recordings? Thanks!

Hi,
If you want to store the camera video recordings on the SD card inserted into the camera and backup the same video recordings on the SD card inserted into the Tapo H200, the camera does not have this feature.

You can select to store the video recordings on the SD card inserted into the camera or the hub.
