I have a C200 and C110. Tried calling and sending audio but a message prompted unable to connect to call. Please try again later. Ive tried rebooting. Tried switching of the camera. Still not working.

Hi All,
The problem has been solved by our team, please test if the Call or Talk feature is working on the Tapo app now. 
If not, reboot the camera, force close the Tapo app, and re-open it for a try.

  @Familyof6  I think it is their server's problem. It doesn't work for me either. So...we have to wait until they fix their problem. :)

Thank you for the case report and please confirm the following information for further analysis.
  1. Send me(@Solla-topee) "Forum ID 783080 + camera's MAC address" via a private message.
  2. What's the model number and OS version of your phone?
  3. What's the Tapo app version? (check the version info: Tapo app > Me > About)

Hi All,
