Download from sd card
I try to download the videos from the sd card in the camera, but the camera it's saying, that would not be possible, because the iPhone and the camera wouldn't be on the same wlan network.
I'm sure, they are in the same network....

- Go to phone settings to check whether the Local Network permission has been enabled for the Tapo app.
- Force-close and restart the app.
- Turn off celluar data, disable VPN, ad-blocker, and other related apps if any.
Do you have network extension devices at your home? It might be a problem if there are several wifi but using the same wifi name -- that doesn't really make them the same network just because they have the same name.

the crazy thing: I have a cheap redmi android phone. With the tapo app on this device the download from the sad card is working🤷♂️ So it must be an issue especially on iPhone and iPad ………
