Hi,
Typically, after you change the camera's Detection and Alarm settings, they won't revert back automatically.
In your situation, please go to the Tapo app > Cameras tab > Home/Away mode to check if your camera is listed on the Home/Away mode page. If your camera is listed on the Home/Away mode page, verify whether the Detection and Alarm settings are the default settings mentioned. If they do, it may be that you applied the Home/Away mode settings to the camera so you see the settings back to default.
How to edit Home and Away Mode for Tapo&Kasa Cameras on the Tapo app?
If you have not applied the Home/Away mode settings to your camera and the Detection and Alarm settings are still changing automatically, could you please send us a video showing the reported issue?
