I am looking for some help and advice, please, the Tapo app keeps force closing on my phone. Whenever I open it I have three doorbells and several cameras connected to my Tapo app. If I open it on my home Wi-Fi it crashes instantly if I turn my Home Wi-Fi off and open it on my mobile Wi-Fi it stays on for about three seconds then force closes again. I've had a little look online about deleting a reinstalling the app however I'm a little bit worried that if I delete the app, I will have to reinstall all my doorbells and cameras again if I delete the app complete and reinstall it would this remove all my doorbells and cameras and would I have to reinstall them again as it's not really something that I want to do however, I need to fix this issue this actually started to happen on the previous Tapo update which was about a week ago. Tapo updated the app again two days ago and I'm still having the same issue and how it would be appreciated. It is the

Hi,
Typically, uninstall the Tapo app on your phone and reinstall it won't remove your doorbells and cameras bound to your TP-Link account. After you reinstall the Tapo app on your phone, you can log in to it with your TP-Link account and all doorbells and cameras will display.

 

If the problem remains after reinstalled the Tapo app, you can try to reboot your phone, or install the Tapo app on a different phone and check if the problem is solved.
