Pink screen from new C225 V2

I bought a brand new Tapo C225 (V2) indoor camera from Amazon yesterday (NOT second hand), and after collecting it in person today and setting it up half an hour later within my home, I had no issues whatsoever setting it up and/or it operating... However, within just a few hours of it operating both stationary and normally (not once touched since being set up), I noticed when trying to use my phone to see what was going on within the room in question only to notice the live video feed was suddenly showing nothing but the following image... I tried to not only change video quality and night vision modes, changing to 'compatible mode' but also rebooted the camera both through the app (which did nothing to resolve it) and through pulling the plug at the source (hard restart) only for the issue to still persist. I noticed from the start that the red IR light is also not showing when the pink image is visible, yet the IR light momentarily shows when the camera is booting up before disappearing again once fully booted. Is there anything I can do to fix it and has anyone else experienced the same?
Edit: Pink image turns into pure white image when manually switching to night mode.
