@Solla-topee I have tried the below troubleshooting, please see below the outcomes. I am still not able to view the camera remotely but I am getting alerts.

I also tried on a different phone with whom I have shared the camera.
Step 2; Confirm the Tapo app has cellular permission (Settings -> Tapo app, ensure it is Allow WLAN & Cellular Data).Confirm the Tapo app has cellular permission (Settings -> Tapo app, ensure it is Allow WLAN & Cellular Data). I was not able to locate such a setting on my phone to check whether WLAN & Celluar data is enabled. I am using Samsung A14 running on Android 14

I did not try this. Am afraid changing my router to a public DNS may expose me to potential attacks. I am also not sure of the impact this will have on my other devices using the router. Please advise more on this as I am not a technical person.

3. Yes, I have tried using several other wifi connections that are different from the one connected to my camera, and not working.
