I am receiving detection alerts for my Tapo C200 remotely, I can control some aspects of the camera remotely such as reboot, control the alarm but not able to use the live stream option. It keeps loading the video feed, at times it will agree to show with a few seconds lag for like 30 seconds then start loading again. When I am able to see the feed, am not able to control the camera using the pan/tilt options. I have shared the device with another person, they can control it when in home network, but when away from the home network we are both not able to view the live feed. From the app we can however see the camera is offline and has a strong wifi. The camera is connected directly to a router, model huawei B535-932. Please assist

You can refer to the following instructions to troubleshoot when failing to watch the camera's live feed.
What should I do if I can't view the Tapo&Kasa camera?
 

Please confirm the following information if the problem remains.
1. List the troubleshooting you did and the results.
2. On the camera's Device Settings > Device Info page, tap the Wi-Fi icon and send us the RSSI value.
3. Have you tried to switch to a different network on your phone when watching the camera remotely?
4. Please ensure your Tapo app is up to date.

@Solla-topee I have tried the below troubleshooting, please see below the outcomes. I am still not able to view the camera remotely but I am getting alerts.

1. Step 1; Ensure that the Wi-Fi or cellular network your phone is currently connected to has internet access. You can test this by opening other websites, or simply try using another phone.Yes, the phone has a good working connection. I have tried Cellular data and other wifi connections. I also tried on a different phone with whom I have shared the camera.

 Step 2; Confirm the Tapo app has cellular permission (Settings -> Tapo app, ensure it is Allow WLAN & Cellular Data).Confirm the Tapo app has cellular permission (Settings -> Tapo app, ensure it is Allow WLAN & Cellular Data). I was not able to locate such a setting on my phone to check whether WLAN & Celluar data is enabled. I am using Samsung A14 running on Android 14

I did not try this. Am afraid changing my router to a public DNS may expose me to potential attacks. I am also not sure of the impact this will have on my other devices using the router. Please advise more on this as I am not a technical person.

2. RSSI value = -58 (keeps on changing to -59, -60, -61)

3. Yes, I have tried using several other wifi connections that are different from the one connected to my camera, and not working.

Hi,
Please confirm the following information.
  1. Please send me(@Solla-topee) your camera's MAC address via a private message.

  2. Please refer to the instructions "How to get the log of Tapo Camera" to collect the camera log for analysis.

  3. Just double-confirm, can you see the camera is online on the Tapo when you try to control it remotely but can't stream the live feed, or the camera is offline on the Tapo app?

  @Solla-topee I sent you the Mac address, 

I have the camera log, but am not able to attach it here as the file format is not supported

From the Tapo app, the camera is showing online but I am not able to view the live page nor preview the alerts I receive.
