Hi, this is my third robovac but first Tapo. What I love about them is being able to put them on as I leave the house and not have to worry. I've had this one for a few weeks and I'm yet to get a full vacuum without it running into the same error, namely getting stuck in the exact same places. My other vacuums all learned to avoid certain objects after getting stuck the first time but this one does not. For example, I have a shelving unit it constantly gets stuck under. My dining table has an incline at the bottom-centre that the vacuum keeps trying to go over and gets stuck. I know we can set exclusion zones but I still want the vacuum to vacuum around these obstacles instead of constantly trying to get over or under. Is there anyway to make it learn this? Thanks

Which Tapo robot vacuum do you have? Can you share some pictures of the places where the vacuum often gets stuck?

Small obstacles that are difficult for the robot vacuum to detect may not be recognized. If no obstacles are detected ahead, it will attempt to enter those areas for cleaning, maximizing coverage. If you prefer to avoid the vacuum getting stuck, it is recommended to designate these areas as no-go zones on the map.
