Hello i bought a tapo c500 yesterday and now ive tried using it it only tilts but wont pan at all? when it auto detects it just tilts sideways and doesnt follow the subject.

Also i cannot make it focus properly due to i can only go up and down and rotate the screen sideways rather than pan left or right.

Even horizontal patrol just tilts sideways and doesnt show anything.

any help? have restarted it and recalibrated pan and tilt multiple times. thannyou
