The ability to have personalised ring tones or voice memo reminders would be good. When selected, instead of the chime or ringtone, it plays your recording/voice memo. For example "Take Medecine", "Eat lunch", "Go to dentist". These would be beneficial for assisting people with special needs or suffering from dementia when reminders are needed combined with schedules. The software currently allows for a tone to ring at prescribed times based on a schedule, instead of ring tone, an announcement of a pre-recorded voice memo could play. The ideal would be a tone (to signal the announcement) followed by the voice memo, possibly annoucing/stating the time as well.
