I can't operate 2 out of 3 Smart Bulbs with my cell phone

Hello,
I have 2 KL110 and 1 KL120 which I always switch remotely when I am on vacation.
I wanted to put them back into operation but only one KL110 can be operated via the cell phone, the others are not accessible.
The second KL110 flashes 3 times after switching on with the light switch, the KL120 does not.
How can I solve this problem?
Kind regards

Seems like the KL110 has returned to the initial setup state. You may check if there is a Kasa Smart Bulb XXXX wifi showing on your phone's wifi list. If there is, you can re-add this device in the Kasa app directly.
As for the KL120, do you see it online in the app when the phone connects to the local WiFi? Check the suggestions here in case 2 for the remote control failure issue (local only). Cannot use the Kasa app to control my smart devices

Hi,
Thank you for your response!
“You may check if there is a Kasa Smart Bulb XXXX wifi showing on your phone's wifi list”.
Sometimes (i.e. sometimes it is there, sometimes not, i.e. it is not stable) it appears in the WiFi networks TP-LINK_Smart Bulb_34DE, unprotected (can I protect it with a password?)
The working KL110 can be switched with the cell phone, regardless of whether there is this entry in the WiFi or not.
I deleted the non-working bulbs from the app to add them again; the KL110 that flashes as soon as the switch is pressed, the other one only flashed after I switched it off and on 5 times as indicated in the instructions, but the app cannot connect to either of them.
The local network is activated for Kasa!
Both were present in the app, but they would not connect.
Every time I try to use the bulbs again when I leave for a longer time, I have problems getting them to work.
Kind regards

Would it be useful to delete everything and start from 0 as if I had just bought the bulbs?
I have noticed that I can only switch the bulb that can switch when I am in the range of the home Wifi with my mobile phone,

Didn't you re-add the smart bulb in the app? The smart bulb wifi is used for device configuration only, it is an open network, if this wifi is still visible, that means this smart bulb has not yet been configured.
Check the instruction here: How to connect TP-Link Smart Bulb to my home network via Kasa
