For the Tapo C500,add a smart action "Rotate to the designated position" on a signal from the sensor. 

I would like to have Smart Automation pan my C500 to a saved view when T100 (T110) is triggered by motion. That way my camera will know where to pan and tilt. Otherwise intruders can simply walk through a blindspot. The Patrol function has loopholes.
In the application in the "Smart" tab in the recommended automation there is a shortcut "Water leak notification", the functions of which can serve as a template. But unfortunately this shortcut does not support the T100 (T110) sensors and the C500 camera.

This feature would be very useful for all rotating cameras.
