HS103 not visible to app, after initial install it worked fine, i installed two others with same app that are working fine, but this earlier install HS103 is no longer visible in the app, it seems to be able to re-install with no issues but in the end it does not show up on the all device page and cannot be found on any of the other pages. Repeated attempts to install seem to work fine, but it still doesn't show up after going to the device page. Please help and advice

Connect your phone to the same local WiFi as the smart plug, check if this device appears in this case. Disable cellular data, turn off VPN and other VPN-based apps if any. 

 

What's the led status of the smart plug after the configuration?


If the plug is visible under local network control, it is probably a remote control failure issue. Refer to the suggestions in this article for troubleshooting, check the Case 2. Cannot use the Kasa app to control my smart devices
