No record when tampering
Hello,
I receive a notification during night saying the camera was tampered.
I checked the records and there's no one during the event..

Please confirm the following information for the reported issue.
1. When did you receive a camera-tampered notification?
2. Please go to the camera's Playback & Download > Playback > SD card page, select the date, slide to the time when you receive the notification on the timeline, and check if there is a corresponding video clip created.
If so, please send us the video for analysis.
3. If your video clips are stored on our cloud service, please find the corresponding video clip on the Playback > Cloud icon page, download it, and send it to us.
