My c100 only works when the light in the room is switched on. Once I turn off the light, the camera goes offline. How do I fix this? I cannot keep the light on 24 hours.

This phenomenon is strange, normally, the light in the room on or off won't affect the camera's online status. Please confirm the following information for the reported issue.
1. What's the LED status on the Tapo C100 when the light in the room is switched off?
2. Is your phone connected to the same Wi-Fi network as the camera when the issue happen?
3. Please check if turning off the light will turn off the power to the camera.
4. Do you have internet on your phone after turning off the light when your phone connects to the same Wi-Fi as the camera?
