Issue with Tapo DL110 Smart Lock and H200 Hub Integration
I'm using the Tapo DL110 smart lock along with the H200 hub. I want the built-in chime of the hub to ring when I press the doorbell button on the DL110. However, when I try to integrate these two devices, I receive a message saying that the H200 is not a supported hub, and it suggests updating the firmware.
Despite this, both devices are already on the latest firmware versions:
1. DL110: 1.0.15 Build 240821 Rel. 092956
2. H200: 1.3.6 Build 20240829 Rel. 71119
I'm unsure if this is an unresolved issue or just an error.
I have tried the following steps:
1. Ensured that my Tapo app is up to date.
2. Restarted and reconnected both devices via the Tapo app.
3. Checked the compatibility between the two devices, but I couldn't find a clear answer.
Additionally, I’m using the Tapo C425 camera to monitor the exterior, and it connected to the H200 hub without any issues.
Does anyone know if DL110 and H200 are officially compatible for chime functionality? Or is there another way to make the hub chime when the doorbell button is pressed?
Any help or insights would be greatly appreciated!
