Please stop Tapo care reminder
How can I stop the stupid Tapo Care subscription reminder at 2 AM in the morning? I have a rolling subscription so a reminder is pointless. But why does the app send such a reminder in the middle of the night?
I leave my phone on during the night. It is on do not disturb and the Tapo app is allowed to get through if it detects a person on my property. This is the second time I‘ve been woken up at 2 AM.
My heart pounds and adrenaline rushes as I‘m woken up with a pointless and stupid reminder about Tapo care. I am then so angry and full of adrenaline I can't get back to sleep.
I find it impossible to understand how an intelligent company would do this to it's customers. Such a reminder should be sent during the day time. Surely?

I have exactly the same problem. In case anyone else has this, can you please clarify.
I have turned off ALL system notification settings, which is what I would have expected to have fixed the problem but it still occurs. I have promotions turned off and yet it still happens.
At 2-3am (UK GMT) once a month I receive the notification from the Tapo app reminding me about a payment being taken in 2 days time.
The only setting I haven't tried changing is the 'Do Not Disturb' one. In my view, turning this on would result in me receiving no notifications from the app at all, as in no person detections, no alarms, etc. Are you saying that we should turn this on to resolve the problem, and if so will the app definitlely notifiy me if someone enters my home etc?
