I had a Kasa Model: HS200 (US).  VER:5.8 VN1, S/N 22160X780486?

I had it for two years, today it acted up flashing on the lights and I have to turn it off. 

The WiFi light is green and flashing, I tried to reset it but will not reset.

I push the left RESET button for 10 seconds, not thing happen. I push the right RESET button for 10 seconds, not thing happen.

I turn off the breaker on the whole circuit for 20 minutes. Turn it back on still the same problem.

Do you have any suggestion?
