Regardless of which ringtone I set, H200 will only play Ringtone 1 when DS230 is pressed.

The ringtone for doorbell chime is set separately on doorbell's device setting, not on H200's device page. 

 

Go to doorbell Device Settings page in the Tapo app, click Doorbell > Paired Chimes. Check here for more details. How to add another chime for the Tapo Doorbell
