@Wayne-TP After seeing some people having issues with the recent H200 updates I had been ignoring my update and holding back. Yesterday I had notifications saying another update is now available, and after seeing your post above about 1.5.0 Build 20250221 rel.59821 I decided to go for it...
I was starting to wish I hadn't as all my cameras/devices have now become unresponsive
The H200 hub appeared to update successfully. But my cameras couldn't be reached (Tap to refresh displayed on each camera which didn't work). I noticed the microSD card in the H200 was greyed out in the app. 5 or 10 minutes had passed so I rebooted the hub. Still the same after restarting. 2 out of 4 cameras were now showing offline and not reachable, and the other 2 just get saying 'tap to refresh'.
I tried another reboot this time via the app. After at least 10 minutes things seem to have settled down and my devices have returned!
It's taken around 30 minutes to get stable. Am I not giving things enough time? I'm waiting 5 to 10 minutes and the hub shows a green LED etc. before trying a reboot.
Does the hub have to 're-read' the microSD card or something similar before things wake up and return to normal?
Quite frustrating at the time - any tips for updating would be appreciated.

hello,
i still have the issue and it is via wifi conn. h200 disconnect at least once a day and i must restart manually/phisically the device, which is not convenient when we are not at home..
This is the second patch (1.50) since the original issue and i am atill not able to use the complete system properly connected to it since weeks ago. It means from remotely, full useless the system with connected devices without a daily manual restart.
Please test the new firmware correctly and with full care, i am using tplink devices since many years ago with the TapoCare subscription service, it would be appreciated to rely on the system, just like before!
If not possible, please let us know and we will start to migrate to another environment, as partly i had to do it already due to the actual bugs :/
thank you in advance
