Solution Tapo H200 'Local Only' after updating to firmware 1.4.0 / SubG-device unable pair with Tapo H200 hub

Description
The following situations may arise if the Tapo H200 has been reset after updating to firmware 1.4.0 Build 20250109 rel.40191.
- Tapo H200 reports 'Local Only' and cannot be controlled remotely outside the home network, this also affects the connected sub-devices such as doorbells or cameras.
- Unable to pair sub-devices to the Tapo H200 hub.
Solution
The problem will be fixed in the next firmware.
Meanwhile, a beta firmware is available for community users if you encounter this problem. To apply the beta firmware, send a private message to @Wayne-TP with the following information.
1. Mac address of the Tapo H200 hub.
2. Brief description of the problem you've experienced.
3. Have you reset the hub recently? Please specify if this was done after upgrading the firmware 1.4.0 Build 20250109 rel.40191, if you can recall.
Before the Upgrade
(1) Please be sure you have read the Beta Test Agreement before upgrading the Pre-release firmware!
(2) How to update the firmware of the Tapo devices on the Tapo App
(3) Firmware downgrade is not supported. When a new official version is released, updating it will overwrite the beta version.
