I installed the D235 doorbell today and noticed that Live Call feature is not working for me (using the latest version of the app on Smasung S24 and S21).

I did some troubleshooting to figure out what could be causing this. I ensured that all the app permissions are set according to the grant permissions in app guide. I noticed that I wouldn't even get normal notifications for the doorbell press action (when turning off the Live Call feature). I would still get notification for other events like motion detection etc. But not the doorbell press.

By trail and error I figured out that what is causing this is the Doorbell Press Announcement feature in my Alexa account. If I turn it off, the app in the phone starts working as expected.

Can you please look into this as it would be great to be notified about the press on both phone and my Alexa Show.
