Firmware Version: 1.12.0

Hi everyone, I had a problem after 2 months of correct use. I have an automation with a T100 sensor trigger, tonight the automation was activated even if it was off. I tried to disconnect and reconnect the control unit but the problem persists every time it sees movement. The sensor signal is weak (lowest notch) with the control unit while the latter has maximum signal with wifi, I should point out that for 2 months now I have never had any problems. Many thanks to anyone who helps me, Riccardo

Update: After 20 minuts control unit disconnected everything works well...

One of the possible reasons might be the operation failure due to poor network connection. For example, if your phone's network is not stable or has the VPN running, the automation wasn't disabled successfully.

You can share more details here if the problem reoccurs.

Thank you for your reply.

We are a family of four, and everyone uses my account to enable and disable automation via the widget shortcut.

I can confirm that the phone's network is stable and that no VPN is running.

I'm certain that the first time I encountered this issue, the notification confirming that the automation was disabled was successfully sent. Since the notification is the last action in the shortcut, I assume that the previous action (disabling the automation) was also successful. The logs also confirm this: the automation was disabled at 20:24, and the T100 triggered the automation at 20:25. Notably, the sensor continued to activate the automation multiple times after the first instance, so I immediately checked the app, refreshed the page, and saw that the icon was off.

However, if the blue icon on the automation page was off in relation to the involved automation, that would be strange...

Big thanks,

Riccardo.
