Recording off line

The c420 camera does not record when off line, how can we fix this ? We have a tapo doorbell camera which does and then transfers to hub when back on line.

Please confirm the following information for the reported issue.
1. When the camera shows offline on the Tapo app, does the hub show offline on the Tapo app? If so, can you control the camera if your phone connects to the same network as the hub? You can force close the Tapo app on your phone, make sure your phone connects to the same network as the hub, and then open the Tapo app to check again.
2. How about the LED status on the hub and the camera when they show offline on the Tapo app?
3. Please enable the Alarm and Trigger Hub Alarm feature on the camera, and check if the camera and hub will alarm when the camera detects events.
How to configure the Alarm feature for the Tapo Cameras on the Tapo app?
Btw, what's the model number of the Tapo doorbell camera?
