H200 Local Only

I need help with the H200 and D230 Hub Doorbell camera.
I changed the password to my wifi and reconfigured all my Tapo Devices, 9 Cameras 1 H100 and 1 H200 Hub w/ Doorbell camera D230. However, the H200 suddenly can't connect to the internet it's saying Local only and can't pair with the Doorbell.
I tried exhausting everything, from SSID, MTU, Reset (several times), Revert back to old SSID and Wifi password. I have no VPNs, not extra settings for DNS etc (Tried port 8.8.8.8). No success!
This camera was working before, using the same set-up that I have. A Deco x95 Mesh x2.
But now suddenly its saying Local only, I can see it on my network that it picks-up internet.
Update: I also tried IoT from Deco's setting but still same result. I tried the H100 and works fine in the IoT wifi.
Any other option to fix the LOCAL ONLY on the H200 and connect my Camera again?

Is H200 hardwired or connecting to WiFi? Try to change a different LAN port.
Please enable the Diagnostics mode (Device Settings page) on the hub. What's the Mac address of your H200 hub? Send it to me through private message.

@Wayne-TP Tried all the 3 ports of my main deco. No success. I can't do anything on the H200 mostly everything is grayed out when I am trying to check the settings.
Only thing I can check is Network connection, ringtone, status led, migrate, bind to matter and device info.

hello!
i have exactly the same issue with the same symptons with the same devices! (H200 with D230) local network ok but no internet connection and cannot pair them, the process fail at the end. Led stays orange, instead to turn green as always before during reinstall on H200 and can be seen locally only. Other tapo devices have been paired successfully (cameras, plugs, bulbs) and working like a charm. Strange only H200 does it.
could you please share the solution if you find it?
thanks in advance!
