(Solved) - Help - Missing seconds and skips in recorded videos

My problem is related to Tapo c520ws. When I watch the events recorded in the cloud, I observe time shifts and skip seconds in the videos.
For example, a video jumps from the 4th second to the 7th second, while the camera continues to rotate.
In another video, the recording pauses for a few seconds at the 2nd second and then continues.
In another video, the recording jumps from the 4th second to the 12th second, 8 seconds are completely missing.
Every video, without exception, has this problem in one way or another.
No sd-card installed, I'm using only Tapo-Cloud.
By the way, I do not have this problem on C225 (v2 - 1.0.12 / no sd-card).

We have new firmware that may solve the issue, and you can send me(@Solla-topee) "Forum ID 747626 +Tapo C520WS's MAC address" via a private message if you want to try the firmware. And please ensure the camera has a stable and fast internet connection.
Before the Upgrade:
(1) Please be sure you have read the Beta Test Agreement before upgrading the Pre-release firmware!
(2) How to update the firmware of the Tapo devices on the Tapo App

After a few tries ( running and walking around the cameras), at least for now, I haven't experienced any jumps or time shifts during the day. If you let me test it today and at night, I can say that the firmware you published completely solves the problem. I will update the status after the night test.

It seems that the problem is completely solved with this firmware.
There is no more skipping and time shifting on the C520WS, neither day nor night.
It is really amazing that it was solved so quickly. This is why I love TP-Link products. Thank you very much.
