Hi,
1. When did you buy the camera? How long has this problem been going on?
2. After the problem occurs, how do you get the camera back to the correct position? For example, after you tap the Pan & Tilt correction button on the Tapo app, can the camera get back to the correct preset viewpoint after you tap the preset viewpoint? How about rebooting the camera?
