La caméra est très souvent injoignable, je suis à chaque fois obligé de prendre mon échelle pour y accéder et de la redémarrer. Le signal wifi est excellent et la caméra est toujours visible sur le routeur, mais inaccessible avec l'application Tapo. Dep plusieurs mois je le signale au support, mais aucune réponse de leur part.

Hi,
You can refer to the instructions below to troubleshoot if the camera keeps going offline.
What should I do if my Tapo smart device keeps losing connection or going Offline?
 

Please confirm the following information if the problem remains.
  1. What's the LED status on the camera when it displays the offline status?
  2. When the camera is working, please go to its Device Settings > Device Info page, tap the Wi-Fi icon, and send us the RSSI value.
  3. What's the model number of your router? Is the Tapo C425 connected to the router's Wi-Fi directly?
  4. How often does the issue occur?

  1. I recently restarted the camera, so it should work for a few days. Next time, I will check the status of the camera's indicator light, but it's not easy to see it clearly from my ladder.
  2. The RSSI value is -55
  3. The camera is connected directly to my internet box. It's a Freebox POP.
  4. When I restart the camera, it can remain accessible for a few days.

 

When it is unplayable, sometimes it works again for a few minutes and then it is unreachable again. For a few longer works I have to restart it.
