Tried to search within the forum but could not find the problem similar to mine.

Bought mine in Oct 2022. Work fine until now and it happens suddenly.

At first, I noticed that my camera can't be pan/tilt. When I do that, it will stop working, and starts to act strangely. The LED will blink red/green. Starts to switch to night mode. And reconnects to the Wifi for a while. It will repeat this sequence non stop. I have to turn it off and on again so it will back to normal.

That was before. And now the loop is endless. I tried to reset it but won't reset properly. No sound saying "reset successful". The camera won't auto rotate as it supposed to be doing when we reboot/reset. The night mode switching and clicking sound continues endlessly. Also, it has this strange ringing sound within the camera. Soft ringing sound

I can't check the FW. I think its the latest one. Not sure though.

Please help guys. I'm stuck.
