KC110 stopped recording to cloud
My camera stopped recording activities to the cloud a few weeks ago. Prior to that it was working fine.
I can access the phone on the Kasa app for live coverage.
I have an active Kasa Care account.
When I turn the camera on, for security, and motion is detected it does not message me nor record the action even though I have made sure that the relevant settings are on.
I have removed and then reinstalled the camera to the Kasa App, which didn't fix the problem.
I then uninstalled and reloaded the app to my phone so that I was sure I had the latest version.
Finally, I linked it to the Tapo app but I ran into the same problem, motion is detected but no warnings sent, nor action recorded.
I am out of ideas on how to fix this. Anyone have any suggestions?
