2nd 3-way switch won’t connect to Wi-Fi

Hi Everyone - need help finalizing setup of a HS210 smart switch. This is for a 3 way switch configuration. The first one I was able to finalize setup, but the second will flash green and orange, then it looks like it resets itself every 10 seconds so it won't allow me fo finish connecting. I've hit the reset button on it... no luck. Anyone have this issue?

When the first switch is about to be fully configured, the app will ask you if there is another HS210 switch in the current switch circuit. If you select 'Yes' here, you can quickly connect the second switch following the prompts. Are you getting stuck at this step?
Or have you already completed the configuration of the first switch, and are encountering issues when configuring the second switch? When the HS210's wifi led shows blinking orange and green, it means this device is ready for setup, you just need to add this device from the beginning in the Kasa app, like you did for the first one.

hi - thank you for the response! Yes, I can make it to that step by setting up the other switch first, but the 2nd never connects to the Wi-Fi. It's almost like it's resetting every 10 seconds. The light is flashing green and orange, the it pauses after about 10 seconds and I can tell the switch is resetting and it start blinking green and orange again. Any ideas how to fix this?

the WiFi pics up the switch, but it resets about every 8-10 seconds. It flashes green and orange for 8-10 seconds, then the white circle lights up like the whole switch is resetting. It just does this over and over. When I try to add the switch to the app, it just says it couldn't be connected.

Please provide the exact error message you received in the Kasa app.
As mentioned, blinking orange and green led means the switch is in the setup mode. If the switch is resetting, the wifi led should turn to blinking amber rapidly. I'm not sure why you think this switch is resetting?
Are these two HS210 controls the same light? You may try to factory reset both switches and reconfigure them from the beginning, connect both switches in one app setup.
*How to factory reset HS210: press and hold the RESET button for about 10 seconds until the Wi-Fi status LED blinks amber rapidly.
Additionally, double-check the wiring.
