Model: Tapo C200
Hardware Version: V5
Firmware Version: 1.0.17

This function is essential for me to be able to commit to Tapo as a system and to expand to multiple cameras. Without it, using Tapo cams doesn't really make sense, as there's no way to be sure if they are working without checking the live feed, and there are no notifications if they stop functioning.

It also shouldn't matter why a camera loses connection to the cloud, whether due to a hardware defect, a server outage, internet issues, or a power failure. For customers who are subscribed to the cloud service, implementing this feature should be relatively straightforward?

I’d really appreciate it if you could add this feature soon. From what I can see, it hasn’t been resolved yet, but there have already been many threads on this topic, so it seems like quite a few users are interested.

Hi,
Thank you very much for your feedback, and it's recommended to vote on the thread "Why there is no offline notification for tapo cameras?" or leave your usage scenario on that thread.
Best Regards
