What's the model of your Tapo camera and the solar panel?

Si carga las camaras pero en la app me aparece que el panel solar no esta conectado.

What error message do you see in the app?
Please note that Camera has battery protection, once it is fully charged, it will not recharged until the battery drops below 90%.
What's the current battery level on your camera? You may monitor whether the solar panel can charge the camera when the battery is low. It is recommended to turn on the Solar Charging Data (Tapo app, camera Device Settings page > Battery Status > Solar Charging Data.) to obtain detailed information.
