Model: Tapo C320WS
Hardware Version:
Firmware Version: 1.1.15

I have a Tapo C320WS that detected motion in my attic at 20:32. But when I access the camera to view the recording, the time displayed on the camera itself is 18:17. So there is nothing to see.

Does anyone know what could be causing this issue and if I can find the correct recording somewhere?

I just want to add that it has only made this error once. Normally, when I have tested it, the time on the recorded footage has matched the time shown on the camera itself.

Hi,
1. Please ensure the Tapo app is the latest one.

2. Try to reboot the camera, ensure the LED on the camera is solid green, and you can control it remotely.

3. If the camera has no other issues, please continue to monitor the camera and check if the problem will happen again. If so, refer to the instructions below to collect the camera and app log for analysis.
