Can't open the camera topo app
I can't connect to view my tapo c210 camera via the internet. Or sometimes The connection is not stable. which had not been the case before Dozens of my cameras are the same. I don't know what is the reason. Please help me. Is there a problem with tapa cloud server?

1. What's the LED on your Tapo C210?
2. On the camera's Device Settings > Device Info page, please tap the Wi-Fi icon and send us the RSSI value.
3. Can you load the camera's live feed properly in the local network?

The LED light on the camera is always green. I use it remotely. Usage in the viewing area is normal. and I signed in with my account I have tested by sharing to another account, remote viewing works fine. I sent the link to your private message.
